17 years of experience as a management consultant in organizational change processes, leadership develop-ment, and as supervisor and coach in the consulting of teams and executives.
Work with developmental psychological approaches and their practical application since 1993. Associate at the Max-Planck-Institute for Human Development from 1993 till 1995 and thereby responsible for the organization, scoring, and analysis of studies about moral development (Kohlberg). Liaison with Blasi and introduction to the Ego-Development model according to Loevinger.
Since then various advanced trainings regarding Ego-Development (Loevinger, Cook-Greuter, Torbert, Kegan) as well as cognitive development (Laske, Basseches, Jaques) in England and America. Varied experiences with the application of developmental psychological approaches and methods in coaching, consulting, and leadership development.
Numerous lectureships at universities, director of the Change Management Program at Demos and lecturer in Systemic Consulting Program at the Berliner Institut für Familientherapie (BIF). Member of the German Psychological Association (BDP), German Society for Supervision (DGSv), the Systemic Society (SG) and the Society for Research in Adult Development (SRAD). Regional group chair of Business Psychologists in Berlin/Brandenburg for the BDP.
