Certification-Workshop for the Ego-Development-Profile
In 2012 we offer our next certification seminar for consultants, coaches and HR-Professionals who want to use the E-D-Profile™ in their own work. This four day seminar will be held in German (help can be given by the lecturer, who can easily translate difficult aspects in English for non native speakers who wish to attend). You will learn how developmental stages show up in life and how you can use this for leadership development, coaching as well as management diagnostics.
For this certification workshop we have found an old mansion. Only 40 minutes away from Brandenburg Gate the Wannsee-Forum ist located at the Lake Pohle. A bright chimney hall, a shady terrace and a huge garden with direct lake access will offer us an atmosphere for a relaxed as well as intense journey into this fundamental topic.
We are interested in experienced consultants, HR representatives, coaches and managers who will use the Ego-Development-Profile in a responsible manner. Because working with this topic places high demands for us as consultants. Therefore we offer one certification per year.
