I now have more than a quarter of a century of counseling experience in child and adolescent psychiatric settings, in residential care, school psychology, educational, marriage, family and life counseling and as a psychotherapist in the healthcare system. I also work as a supervisor in various social institutions, as a coach and as a lecturer in university and postgraduate training contexts.<\/p>\n

Already in the period from 1992 to 1995 I got my first vague idea of vertical development. At first it was a fleeting touch, not yet recognizing the meaning of the treasure – alone, amazed, without theoretical access, without help or networking. From 2009, contact was made with Susanne Cook-Greuter and her network, training there from 2011 to 2013. In this context, I also got to know and appreciate Thomas Binder and Dagmar Frohning. Since then I have increasingly experienced a change in my work – from the pathology of human existence (and thus also of my own shadow) towards the potential of human possibilities, including my own. Acting from there I let myself in and give what I have to offer.<\/p>\n

We share our passion for the subject of Ego Development. All of us have undergone various longer process-oriented counseling trainings, are experienced coaches\/counselors, and have completed (or are in the process of completing) several years of scoring training in Ego Development, which gives us a deep and multi-faceted insight into how Ego Development manifests.<\/p>\n
