I started my professional career as a consultant for the management of a further education institute, whose management I took over after 7 years. At the same time, I began my many years of TA training as a coach and consultant with international trainers. In 2004 I switched to self-employment and since then I have mainly been advising executives on questions of personality development, professional role design and change processes. I work as a person for people: warmly, intuitively and clearly.
It was more by chance that I came into contact with the topic of Ego Development in 2015. The certification in the Ego-Development-Profile™, many workshops and last but not least my several years of scoring training mean for me the culmination of my personal and professional journey. The topic and the work with Ego Development commands great respect from me and at the same time opens up a depth and abundance in my work that touches me deeply again and again and gives hope to the development optimist in me.
